Horizontal Scroll: Certificate IV in Aged Care Work The complete process was conducted extremely professionally and I found the Training Assessor - Lexie, to be not only professional in her questioning but also to be extremely knowledgeable in her way of questioning with regards to judging whether I had attained the required skills needed in my previous duties that would fulfill the requirements for the RPL process to be approved. I was supplied with all the information I needed from Southern Cross Connection and found them to be extremely helpful in assisting me with any information that I needed in the course of the RPL process. Thank you for the opportunity to have my working experiences taken into account in this process as it has been most rewarding.

Horizontal Scroll: Certificate III in Aged Care Work I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to do my RPL in Cert III in Aged Care work at Southern Cross Connection. Horizontal Scroll: Certificate IV in TAA I recently undertook a TAA qualification with a Trainer/Assessor in Gladstone. As part of this I was required to participate in the Skilling Solutions RPL process. The process was fast whilst also being comprehensive. The information flow was great and I was given enough information to effectively complete the process. Thank you for acknowledging my work experience and taking it into account to receive my TAA qualification.

Horizontal Scroll: Certificate IV in TAA As a group we participated in the Skilling Solutions process to obtain our Certificate IV in TAA qualifications. Paul, our trainer was methodical, thorough and very professional in his dealings. As teachers, we believed that you couldn’t teach old dogs new tricks, but we were mistaken. The whole process was swift and much easier than we first though. Thank you Paul for assisting us.

From the time I made first contact with Southern Cross Connection I was welcomed and put at ease. I was a bit nervous about how it all worked but the staff knowledgably guided me step by step through the procedure.
